About Time Passages

This blog is a work in progress; launched on Feb 14, 2008.  Putting it together is going to take time, but I plan to work on it consistantly with each entry offering added insight.  My desire is to share Christ with people who don’t yet know him and may have very little knowledge of the faith or of biblical teaching.  Many of the posts will cater to this very real need as we live in an age of unparalleled confusion..  It’s also my desire to make as real as possible, the very temporal nature of life on planet earth because the decisions that we make here will determine the status of our eternal home.  I cannot stress enough, the seriousness of this issue and in the writings ahead, will allude often to the need to “seek the Lord while he may be found.” 

My desire is to see people come to Jesus and have everlasting life.  Regardless of a persons past, when they come to Jesus and ask him for forgiveness, he’s faithful to do so.  He will save them to the utmost and give them a new heart; just as he has done for me and millions of others.  Regardless of who you are or where you come from, I hope to see you in heaven where the saints from every tribe and every generation shall be gathered around the throne of God. 

I John 1:7-9  “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.  If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
